Blooming Babe is a bespoke lifestyle company offering a unique and extensively researched six-week pre-natal experience.

The program consists of a professionally choreographed aqua-natal aerobic workout, which incorporates the fundamentals of Ballet & Pilates, in conjunction with a series of private, professional seminars given in the plush surrounds of the Kensington Marriott Hotel. Our aim is to offer a targeted workout within a realistic time frame. Using sequential toning exercises and specific aqua equipment to ensure the development of muscle memory, which is key to achieving a well-toned and defined appearance during and after pregnancy.
