""This is the fourth restaurant from the Will Ricker Empire, the others being E&O;, The Great Eastern Dining Room and Cicada. Eight Over Eight is an exact blue print of E&O;, except the clientele of course. While Notting Hill?s restaurant has fashionable, edgy Notting Hill type clientele, Eight Over Eight has those Chelsea people you would rather avoid. Young, Henry types with daddy?s credit card and no manners. However, it is definitely the best bar to drink in this end of the King?s Road, with an excellent range of innovative and original fusion type cocktails. ""
