"I don't often go to Italian restaurants because I think with Italian food can be made easily and cheaply at home. Whenever I look over in a italian joint and see someone order a cabonare or a speghetti bolonaise, I think christ, what an idiot, can't you make that at home you loser?
Of course the exception is pizza and even though my wife is half Italian and can make a pretty good one, you really need one of those great big ovens to get a really tasty one. And I don't have a two ton wood fires pizza oven in my house.
So I ordered two pizzas and I have to say they were amazing, nice and cripsy on the edges and just enough give further in towards the centre. The toppings fresh and inviting, and the service quick and solid.
The decor was good and the staff pleasant, but not all Italian, but nowaday where can you find staff that share the nationality of the restaurant?
The only negative is the name - Rossopomodoro!!
Why not just call the place Zapinanatriapsolutaventadon? That's almost as easy to remember... I mean the other day I was trying to meet some friends there and I was like lets meet at that, whats it called, poporossa...no rodoropopa..umm, you know that Italian joint. So now we just say 'meet at the Italian joint with the long name' I guess that works anyway. "

"WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!
Im no expert on dining out, but last night at rossopomodoro really was special.
The pizza was delicious, light and so tasty. I wanted more and more.
Thank you for making my birthday a special one. The Waiters were well good looking too. "

"One of the best all round restaurants I have been to in absolutely ages ! I am so excited Rossopomodoro are expanding in to London.
Food was amazing, quick, delicious (and so different to the others) and well priced.
Staff were excellent.
Overal a fantastic experience which will become more regular no doubt!"
