Conman who ’snagged Dannii Minogue’ is jailed. A conman who posed as a millionaire playboy and boasted he had dated the Aussie popstar has been put away for four and a half years. Michael Hammond was caught posing as a security guard at Windsor Castle, spending more than an hour hanging around the grounds before being arrested. He was branded a fantasist, after pleading guilty at Isleworth Crown Court where he was charged with being a public nuisance including eleven instances of impersonating a police officer. No doubt Dannii’ll be glad he’s behind bars.

Popstar Dannii has been dating French businessman Jeremy Garamond for six months now and it hasn’t escaped our attention just how similar he looks to Olivier Martinez, sister Kylie’s current beau.right down to the dress sense.

Dannii has never been far behind her sister, career-wise, roles in a soap, pop success, reinvention as sexy dance diva. Surely Kyles must have had enough by now?

Dannii Minogue was recently at the Hammersmith Apollo watching sister Kylie unveil her new album ’Body Language’.

Dannii sat next to Kylie’s French boyfriend Oliver Martinez, and they both watched as Kylie started her show being lowered towards the audience sitting on a black girder. The invited audience consisted of special guests such as Will Young, Mis-Teeq, Brian Dowling and over-excited competition winners!

Dannii’s Neon Nights has just been released over in the States, and is apparently doing very well as a dance track over there. So both sisters have something to smile about!

Dannii was a ’total pain’ - 03/11/03
Although now great friends, big sis Kylie said that she thought Docklands resident Dannii was a ’total pain in the neck’ when they were kids...

Kylie was speaking to a German magazine Brigittte, and she said that she used to hate sharing a bedroom with her younger sister. She said: "Dannii was a total pain in the neck. At one point I’d just had enough and decided that the room had to be divided up.

"Our parents put a wardrobe between the two halves of the room as a dividing line. But the stupid thing was that it could be opened from both sides, which meant that we annoyed each other all over again.

"We fought because I wanted to have my clothes to myself and Dannii always stole the coolest things out of the wardrobe. She just had fun taking my things."

Dannii also told Brigitte magazine that she used to fight with Kylie when they were young: "We really used to swear at each other. As kids we used to fight over every centimetre of our room."

But she added that now they got on well, saying: "My sister and I have the same filthy sense of humour."
