This is a free service that offers support and counselling for the bereaved. CRUSE deals with the problems faced by anyone who has been touched by death, especially children who may have lost a sibling or parent.

Offers confidential counselling to people with relationship problems whether married or single. Counselling is available to Kensington residents at the headquarters in the West End as well as the centre in North Kensington. All appointments are made through the headquarters. The service operates on an appointments basis and everyone is asked to contribute towards the cost of the service according to their means

Offers telephone advice and guidance for parents. Arranges telephone counselling with professionally qualified counsellors for parents concerned about any aspect of family relationships or children's behaviour.
Also publishes a range of information leaflets, runs lunchtime seminars, parent support groups and offers training in the form of Groupwork skills and Theory Courses for potential or existing leaders of parent groups. There is no drop-in service.
