Neil.Peggs@gmail.com I'm on staff at the Cab and I'm shocked and astonished at your experience, I know some of us at the bar can be sarcastic, but I'd like to get some details from you so we can sort this out. This is not the image we want at the Cab!I can only apologise, and trust you'll give us another chance to put things right at some time in the future.

Change of management finally!! Staff are quicker and much nicer now and the food's good too.

Really nice pub and I agree the choice of beer is great. However I have never been so rudely treated by a barman in my entire life! So shocked to be accused of pissing around after trying to get the barman's attention to tell him I didn't want a glass FULL of ice and instead asked for no ice as it was easier. He then served me a warm cranberry and vodka - I very politely apologised and asked him to put in just one or two ice cubes while he was waiting for my debit card to clear. He stared me straight in the face and shouted at me saying, "do you think I've got time to stand here and piss about after you!". So upset by this I stood stunned, paid for my round of drinks and walked away really upset.So upset that someone could be so mean and impolite to a customer!
