Residents threatened with TV cut-off
Up to 1,600 households have been threatened with having their TV signal cut off in apparent sabre-rattling between Kensington and Chelsea Council and Virgin Media.
A message appeared on TV screens in Kensington and Chelsea TMO-managed properties across the borough last Friday warning that the analogue signal would be turned off on Monday.
Some homes lost signal temporarily on Sunday and, although Virgin Media claimed the message appeared in error and no homes were cut off on Monday, residents
